Tak terlewatkan, dalam bidang kuliner pun, sebagian tumbuhan yang ditanam untuk disantap 'dibubuhkan' bahan sintesis agar cepat tumbuh dan dipanen.

Memperingati hari yang spesial ini, ada baiknya kamu mulai mengubah pola makan atau mungkin mencoba makanan organik demi kelestarian lingkungan. Artinya, kamu memakan bahan pangan yang diproses secara alami tanpa menyakiti bumi. Tanpa bahan kimia, tanpa pupuk kimia, dan hal apa pun yang bisa menyakiti bumi. Work lunch & snacks🌱 it's been quite a busy morning here at the office which is great because I've been able to assist several procedures 😊 Tup 1 : @iloveorganicgirl 50/50 greens with @applegate roasted turkey breast slices (no added nitrates or preservatives, no antibiotics & humanely raised 😌) @traderjoeslist goats cheese, cukes, dried cranberries & walnuts Tup 2 : organic veggies [celery, rainbow carrots, peppers & @traderjoeslist edemame hummus] Tup 3 : seeing @rachaelsgoodeats orange cranberry protein muffins yesterday made me crave them so badly!! So I obviously baked a batch of my own after the gym 🤗 Pre-workout/work snacks: I'll usually choose one or nibble on a few throughout the day 🍎 @iheartkeenwah cashew cranberry clusters (loving their new on-the-go packs), blueberry @RXBAR, pink lady apple, @juicefromtheraw pineapple mint cold-pressed juice 😻+ my @healthyhumanlife stainless steel stein water bottle-- kept my water chilly the entire morning 😌💛 Hope everyone is having a great day!!
