Fimela.com, Jakarta Musisi asal Amerika Serikat, John Mayer kembali produktif belakangan ini. Setelah merilis album The Search for Everything tahun 2017 lalu, John merilis single terbaru bertajuk New Light.

Lagu baru ini menggambarkan eksplorasi John Mayer yang sempat merasakan kejenuhan. Menggaet produser ternama, ia pun meramu musik dengan nuansa musik 80an.

Menariknya New Light disajikan secara visual dengan klip yang minimalis. Ketimbang bergaya karismatik ala superstar, ia lebih memilih pakaian compang-camping untuk menyampaikan rayuannya.
