Prepare all steps same time, so you can do the skin therapy w/out interruption. ____________ STEP 1 Soak 2 chamomile tea bags in 1 cup ice 💦. Place the bags on the affected areas for 5 min. Chamomile✨has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce inflammation & redness. The active ingredients terpenoids & flavonoids are soothing too. ____________ STEP 2 In a pot of hot 💦 mix: 6 drops Neroli oil 6💧Lavender oil 4💧Rosehip oil 1 Green tea bag Put the pot on a steady surface, sit above it & cover the head w/ a towel, to create a ⛺️above the pot. Keep 👀 closed & face at least a foot above. Do this 5-10 min. Neroli oil✨balances the sebum produced by our sebaceous glands which can be overactive in rosacea sufferers.
